杭州真彩包装制品有限公司为大家解说我们常见彩色印刷中怎么安排彩色排序，让印刷效果更好，一般我们会根据如下几个点来处理： 1.根据原稿内容和特点安排色序。印刷是表现版面图文设计的一个手段,而且,各个色彩体现的感情成分也不同。因此色序的安排必须首先考虑原稿内容和特点。编辑在设计图文版式时,往往已选择好版面色彩的基调。这个基调就是代表整个色调的总体感觉,成为印刷时支配性的颜色。从色性而言,以红、橙、黄为基调的称为暖色调;以绿、蓝为基调的称为冷色调。由于油墨具有遮盖力的原因,一般以暖调为主的先印黑、青,后印品红、黄;以冷调为主的先印品红,后印青色。谁都希望熟透了的西瓜瓤是红色的,不愿意看到印刷品所表现的呈偏紫、偏绿。色序不同,色偏效果也不同。故此,画面色彩气氛需要加强的颜色,可以放在最后一色印刷。 2.按油墨的透明度来安排色序。透明度好的油墨,两色相叠印后,下面墨层的色光能透过上面的墨层,达到较好的减色混合,显示出正确的新色彩。如果所用黄墨是透明黄,四种油墨透明度顺序是:黄>品红>青>黑。一般来讲,透明度差的油墨先印,透明度好的油墨后印。 3.从利于套印来安排色序。由于纸张变形伸缩等客观存在的缺陷,我们可以把套印要求比较高的印品的主要颜色安排在相邻两个色组印刷。如双色机,可安排在同一机组一次印刷完成,避免由于纸张存在引起的纸张伸缩等问题。大面积的实地,可以安排后印,避免在纸张交接过程中产生蹭脏等问题。另外,单色机是在第一色“干”后再叠印第二色,而多色机是“湿压湿”的过程,因此应控制好油墨的粘度和下墨量。即安排粘度大的油墨先印,粘度小的油墨后印,这是至关重要的,否则会造成逆套印的弊病。 4.考虑纸张性质安排色序。质量差的纸张,考虑其白度、平滑度低,纤维松散,吸墨性差,易掉粉掉毛,可以先印黄墨打底,以弥补纸张的上述缺陷。在夜间印刷时,由于人眼的辨认力原因,明度低的弱色墨不宜安排在第一色印刷。油墨的明度顺序分别是:白<黄<橙<绿<青<红<蓝<紫。 5.考虑制版等工序因素。在印刷时相邻两色组的网线角度相差至少30°,有利于防止色偏和龟纹等弊病。 6.根据成本考虑色序排列。便宜的黑、青墨先印,价格高的品红、黄墨后印。一般大面积风景为主导的画面(冷调为基调),以黑、品红、青、黄为色序。安排黑色先印,黑色用来勾绘轮廓,便于其余各色套印。透明黄最后印,可以用来调整整个画面的明亮度,形成有光泽、鲜艳的色彩。一般以人物为主导的画面(暖调),采用黑、青、品红、黄色序。透明度差的油墨先印,不会遮盖其它颜色。品红、黄后印,使人物面部红润,色彩丰富,效果逼真。彩印,是技术与艺术相结合的工艺。我们在安排印刷色序的时候,适当地从艺术角度考虑,可以使印刷品更具艺术感染力,满足读者需要。
